Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

The term Vinyasa is derived from nyasa, meaning “to place,” and vi, meaning “in a special way.” This indicates that we are not “throwing our bodies around” but are bringing consciousness to each movement in each moment.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a deeply traditional dynamic practice which challenges both the body and the mind to steady and strengthen deep within, by working with the breath through a set sequence of yoga postures. This ‘Intro’ class gives a taste of the first part of that sequence, and invites students to become conscious of their breath and how to use it, whilst still developing strength and flexibility and building up a healthy sweat!

Hatha Yoga

A practice that flows from one pose to the next using the breath, yet still holding poses for a few breaths to focus on more subtle adjustments and alignment. It is a challenging, well choreographed flow that works every part of the body, encouraging the removal of toxins, opening and aligning body and mind. Gain flexibility, reduce stress, improve blood flow and immunity as well as posture and well being.

Firm Up

Burn fat, tone muscle and sculpt your body in our new ‘Firm Up’ class. An energetic, full body workout with a special focus on the legs, glutes and abdominal areas, held in our beautiful studio. Our experienced instructor will lead you through aerobic and conditioning exercises that will help improve strength, flexibility, functional movement and fitness.
