Turn'd Up Fitness

Turn’d Up is a dance fitness class with a difference. We learn routines to current R&B and dancehall tunes. The routines are broken down so everyone, no matter what their ability, can learn them and feel like they’re in their own music video! The lights are off and the disco lights are on! Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a deeply traditional dynamic practice which challenges both the body and the mind to steady and strengthen deep within, by working with the breath through a set sequence of yoga postures. This ‘Intro’ class gives a taste of the first part of that sequence, and invites students to become conscious of their breath and how to use it, whilst still developing strength and flexibility and building up a healthy sweat!

Hatha Yoga

The art of stretching is often overlooked by many gym members. This class is a simple stretch circuit class. You will spend 30 minutes at separate stations learning how to stretch your muscles from top to toe.

Pre-Natal Yoga

You can start attending prenatal classes as early in your pregnancy as suits you. Prenatal yoga incorporates breathing techniques which might help you reduce or manage shortness of breath during pregnancy and work through contractions during labor. It also includes gentle stretching and relaxation. You'll be encouraged to gently move different areas of your body, such as your neck and arms, through their full range of motion.
