About FLY Fitness

Our Philosophy

FLY stands for ‘First Love Yourself’ and is built on a philosophy that stems from our three fitness loving founders: Lucy, Tess, and Richard - who each share the view that training should be empowering, whilst also maintaining the important social element. We place as much emphasis on wellness as we do on fitness, both physical and mental. We wholeheartedly believe that life is all about this balance. Exercise is something that enhances your life and makes you stronger both physically and mentally.

What's on offer?

We are creating a community that is non-judgmental, relaxed and open to all. You can be as sociable as you want. Every day is different. You can either come and smash out a personal session in the gym, or you can come and take part in one of our group classes.
