Our Philosophy

FLY stands for ‘First Love Yourself’ and is built on a philosophy that stems from our fitness-loving founders: Tess, and Richard - who each share the view that training should be empowering, whilst also maintaining the important social element.

We place as much emphasis on wellness as we do on fitness, both physical and mental. We wholeheartedly believe that life is all about this balance. Exercise is something that enhances your life and makes you stronger both physically and mentally.

Do you want a luxury training facility but also a community that prides itself on having fun? Do you need support to take the next steps on your fitness journey? If so, you’ve come to the right place!

FLY is a non-judgmental, relaxed fitness environment that’s open to all. You can be as involved as you want. Get as much advice and support as you want. Take part in as many classes as you want. Workout with a trainer or workout on your own.
