FIRE

A fast paced, endorphin filled, gruelling HIIT session in The Dungeon. Expect treadmills, weights, boxing, pumping music, burned calories and a fire’d up metabolism.

At FLY we love training together. We have over 200 classes on offer every month for our members. From HIIT and Strength Training to Yoga and Dance, there are loads to try out and build into your fitness schedule. Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve your overall strength or simply feel good, at FLY we've got you covered.
