At FLY we love training together. We have 200 fitness classes on offer every month for our members. From HIIT and Strength Training to Yoga and Dance classes, there are loads to choose from and build into your fitness schedule. Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve your overall strength or simply feel good, our expert trainers will ensure you get the most out of each class.
