Cali at FLY

Calisthenics is a form of strength and power training using only bodyweight and gravity to increase fitness. Expect to learn the foundations and build strength to eventually achieve the elusive power moves such as dips, pull up foundations, push ups, body holds and support holds. This class will be run by our first coaching couple, Keira and Ollie who have a deep passion, understanding and expertise in all things calisthenics.

R'n'B and Dancehall Fitness class. No dance experience required, two left feet welcome. Expect good tunes, good energy and lots of fun. Leave feeling sassy, sexy and empowered. Come join the tribe and dance with us!
