Open to members and non members. Special dates 8th, 15th & 22nd at 6.30pm. A full body circuits session, focused on strength training. Learn how to lift weights, get stronger and track progress whilst building your confidence on the gym floor. These sessions are aimed at everyone, from complete beginners to experienced lifters.
